These terms govern your use of the WaitPush application and the waitpush.com website, operated by Uneed Platform ("we", "us").

License

When you purchase WaitPush, you receive a personal, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the app. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product: your license never expires and includes updates to the app as long as it is maintained.

• The license is for your personal use, on Macs you own or control.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or share your license key.
• You may not reverse-engineer the app or circumvent the license mechanism.

Purchases

Payments are processed by Creem, acting as merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to Creem's terms. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Disclaimer

WaitPush is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind beyond what applicable law requires. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app. WaitPush suggests physical activities — you are responsible for choosing activities appropriate to your own health and fitness.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
